Our 1000KVA cast resin transformers utilize high-quality silicon steel cores with anti-corrosion coatings, minimizing no-load losses to just 2200W and ensuring long-term energy efficiency. The high-voltage windings feature continuous drop-down disc construction with aluminum conductors and double-layer insulation, vacuum-cast in epoxy resin for maximum dielectric strength and mechanical stability.

Low-voltage windings are constructed from aluminum foil pre-impregnated with epoxy resin, cured in precision ovens to create compact, thermally efficient coils.

Versatile Voltage Compatibility

Designed as a true multi-tap transformer, this unit accommodates six standard primary voltage levels: 4160V, 7200V, 12470V, 13200V, 13800V, and 14400V. Off-circuit tap changers with a ±2*2.5% tapping range allow for precise voltage regulation, ensuring consistent power delivery regardless of grid fluctuations.
