Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer
The S-11-M series three-phase fully sealed oil-immersed power transformer is a new generation of energy-saving distribution equipment that complies with GB1094 and IEC60076 international and national standards.
Product Overview
Designed specifically for 10kV-class distribution systems, it efficiently converts high-voltage to low-voltage power, and is widely used in various distribution scenarios such as urban and rural power grid renovation, industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, commercial complexes, airports, and stations. It is the preferred upgrade replacement for traditional oil-immersed transformers.

Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, this series eliminates the oil conservator and adopts a corrugated tank elastic compensation structure, which can automatically adjust the expansion and contraction of oil volume caused by temperature changes. This completely isolates the transformer body from the air, fundamentally preventing oil deterioration and insulation aging, greatly improving operational reliability, and realizing maintenance-free operation under normal conditions.
 
Core Structure and Process Advantages
High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Iron Core System
Made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a multi-stage step-lapped full-oblique joint lamination process, it significantly reduces magnetic resistance, effectively lowering no-load loss and no-load current. Compared with traditional S9 series products, the no-load loss is reduced by an average of more than 10%, delivering outstanding energy-saving performance.
High-Reliability Winding Design
  • The high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, wound with high-quality oxygen-free copper wire. The interlayer insulation uses high-strength insulating paper, treated with a vacuum impregnation process, ensuring excellent insulation performance and strong short-circuit resistance.
  • The low-voltage winding adopts a foil-wound structure, with tight winding and high concentricity, excellent heat dissipation performance, effectively reducing load loss and improving transformer operating efficiency.
Fully Sealed Corrugated Tank Structure
  • The tank is welded with corrugated steel plates, with full, flat, and uniform welds, eliminating the risk of oil leakage.
  • The corrugated plates have high elasticity, automatically compensating for the thermal expansion and contraction of oil volume. No oil conservator is required, completely isolating the transformer oil from external air, thoroughly preventing the intrusion of moisture and impurities, delaying insulation aging, and extending equipment service life.
  • The tank surface is treated with anti-corrosion spraying, with strong weather resistance, adapting to extreme environments from -40℃ to +40℃, ensuring no rust or corrosion during long-term outdoor operation.
Complete Cooling and Protection System
  • The cooling method is oil-immersed natural cooling (ONAN), with the corrugated tank featuring an efficient heat dissipation structure, large heat dissipation area, and high heat dissipation efficiency, ensuring long-term stable operation of the transformer at rated load.
  • Equipped with a high-reliability off-circuit tap changer, with a tap range of ±5% or +2×2.5%, which can be flexibly adjusted according to on-site voltage requirements.
  • Comes standard with high-reliability bushings, pressure relief valves, thermometers, and other accessories, comprehensively ensuring the safe operation of the transformer. Intelligent temperature control, online monitoring, and other systems can be customized as needed.
